All bookmarks are created in a smoke-free and pet-free environment here in the UK.

Wherever possible I use recycled and upcycled materials including old books, rescued papers and saved ephemera. Many bookmarks include hand-cut, hand-coloured, hand-stamped or mixed-media elements.  This one is set on a standard playing card rescued from landfill.

Most bookmarks are laminated to help protect them from everyday wear and tear.

Due to the materials used, every bookmark is unique and may occasionally contain small imperfections that form part of its handmade character. Designs are rarely repeated.
